Polycem Light Ultralight Grouting Compositions
Polycem Light grouting compositions are produced by mixing Ultracement with lightweight and special additives and intended for cementing casing strings, lost circulation control, and repair and insulation works in oil and gas wells at AHRP and temperatures from 0 to 110°Ñ Several grades of Polycem Light are produced: Polycem Light-1, a grouting composition for making grouting mortars with a density from 1 000 to 1 100 kg/m3. Polycem Light-2, a grouting composition for making grouting mortars with a density from 1 100 to 1 200 kg/m3. Polycem Light-3, a grouting composition for making grouting mortars with a density from 1 200 to 1 300 kg/m3.
The grouting mortars based on Polycem Light have the following strengths:
low heat conductivity of cement stone; low cement stone permeability due to the content of micronized cement; high strength, easy-to-adjust grouting slurry thickening period; shrinkage-proof cement stone formed.
