Polycem Mix T Cement Slurry for Lost Circulation Control
Polycem Mix T is intended for lost circulation control at temperatures from 50 to 120°Ñ. The grouting mortar based on Polycem Mix T has a density of 1 – 1.22 g/cm3, thickens at 90°Ñ within 1.5 to 4 hours, and is easy to modify by adding a setting retarder as required. The compound consists of a mix of components mixed with process water. An additional property of cement is its solubility in acid (in 10-15% HCl solution). Since the grouting mortar in inactive at room temperature, it can be stored as prepared on the surface for several hours before pumping, which does not affect its thickening in well conditions.
The grouting mortars based on Polycem Light have the following strengths:
low density; zero setting at room temperature; high thixotropy; quick setting; acid soluble cement stone formed.
