Polyblock Water-Shutoff and Colmataging Material

Polyblock is a chemically crosslinked polymeric material with granules of 0.1 to 5 mm in size. When they enter cracks and pores, the particles of Polyblock in contact with water and water solutions swell, multiply grow in size, and, henceforth, reliablн isolate the lost-circulation zone.

Application

The Polyblock water water-shutoff and colmataging material is intended for eliminating rinsing fluid losses and water ingresses in oil and gas well construction on deposits and in subterranean gas storage facilities.Polyblock is supplied to lost-circulation zones in water-free hydrocarbon fluids.

 

Packaging

Polyblock is packaged in 25 to 30-kg polypropylene bags with a polyethylene liner.
