Polycem MC Binding Compound / Polycem MC Activator

Polycem MC is intended for lost-circulation control in highly permeable fissured and fissured cavernous reservoirs. To control the hardening rate at the tempering of Polycem MC, an activator and/or setting retarder is added to utility water. The compound thickening and setting periods may vary in a broad range from 15 minutes to 5 hours (when needed). Cement stone destroys at acid treatment. The compound can be used during repair-and-insulation works in water-bearing horizons or when a highly mineralized rinsing fluid is used.

Application

Polycem MC is applied for making grouting compounds that are pumped into lost-circulation zones in highly permeable fissured and fissured-cavernous reservoirs, irreversibly harden within some time, and reliably eliminate drilling and cement mud losses. The grouting mortar based on Polycem MC is pumped in a standard manner using a cementing outfit. The pumping and squeezing volume is determined proceeding from the actual depth and conditions of an occurred complication.

 

Packaging

Polycem MC is packaged, as agreed with the customer, in polypropylene bags with a polyethylene liner or in big bags.
