PolyPAV is a composition of highly efficient surfactants represented by the following grades: PolyPAV-VN (water-soluble non-ionogenic surfactant); PolyPAV-RIR (oil-soluble emulsifier surfactant); PolyPAV-MN (oil-soluble non-ionogenic emulsifier surfactant); PolyPAV-MG (oil-soluble anionogenic water-repellant surfactant).

Application
PolyPAV-VN reduces the boundary tension at the hydrocarbon-water interface, allows making the mixture moremobile, increasing the degree of substituting carbon for water, and increasing the strength of the resulting cement stone. PolyPAV-VN is applied for making hydrocarbon suspensions of microcement Ultracement-5. PolyPAV-RIR reduces the surface tension at the hydrocarbon-water interface and is used as a stabilizing emulsifierin invert (reverse) solutions. PolyPAV-MN is applied as an emulsifier for making reverse emulsion grouting mortars. PolyPAV-MG is applied as a dispersion medium, reduces the hydrocarbon-to-cement ratio in hydrocarbon suspensions of cement, and makes the mixture more mobile. PolyPAV-MG is applied for making hydrocarbon suspensions of microcement Ultracement-5.
Processing
PolyPAV is used as a surfactant in making suspensions and emulsions. The consumption of PolyPAV ranges from 0.1 to 0.25% for PolyPAV-VN and PolyPAV-MG, used in preparing hydrocarbon suspensions of cements or microcements, and from 1.5 to 5 % for PolyPAV-RIR and PolyPAV-MN.
