Polycarbosink

Polycarbosink reagent is used to neutralize acidic formation fluids. The reagent is supplied as a fine white powder. The reagent forms insoluble or slightly soluble salts with most anions (phosphates, fluorides, sulphides).
The reagent can be used as a hydrogen sulphide scavenger when used as a component in drilling fluids.

Treatment

The drilling fluid is treated using standard equipment (clay mixers, hydro funnels, etc.). The reagent is added to the circulation tank.

Polycarbosink reagent is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner.
