Polyrheotin is a homogeneous solution of specially selected complex salts designed to reduce the viscosity characteristics of drilling fluids with a high solid phase content.

Application

Polyrheotin is an effective dispersant in drilling fluid systems of various densities. Prevents thickening of weighted drilling fluids with preservation of their filtration characteristics, facilitates accident-free running of casing strings. As the reagent is chromium-free, it may be widely used in environmentally sensitive areas.

 

Treatment

Approximate reagent consumption is 2,5–5 kg per 1 m? of drilling fluid.

 

Packaging

Polyrheotin is supplied in 1100 kg plastic cubic tanks or 40 kg plastic canisters.
