Mican-40 lubricating additive is designed to provide lubricating properties of drilling process fluids, it is used during drilling and when preparing a wellbore for running a casing string.

Application

Designed for use as additives in drilling process fluids in a wide range of clay phase content, weighting agents and salinity. Lubricating additives ensure effective reduction of friction coefficient and do not adversely affect the properties of drilling fluids. The reagent has colmatage properties. For optimal results, it is added to the drilling fluid directly through the cycle. To achieve the required effect, the lubricating additive consumption is 0.5-2%. Mican-40 reagent is compatible with all types of drilling fluids. It is used for treatment during pulling-and-running operations, and its efficiency increases at higher concentrations.

 

Packaging

Mican-40 lubricating additive is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner.
