Silange lubricating additive

Silange lubricating additive for drilling fluids is designed to improve lubricating and anti-seize properties of process fluids during drilling, as well as during wellbore preparation for pulling-and-running operations. Silange lubricating additive for drilling fluids is a bulk product, a mixture of liquid lubricating additives with finely dispersed sorbent. It is effective in weighted drilling fluids with high solid phase content and colloidity.

Application

It ensures improvement of lubricating properties of the drilling fluid, has a reinforcing effect on clay rocks, does not have an adverse impact on drilling fluid parameters.Approximate consumption of Silange lubricant is 5-10 kg during drilling and 10-30 kg when preparing the borehole for running casing strings, per 1 m? of drilling fluid.

 

Packaging

Silange lubricating additive for drilling fluids is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner.
