Polyantifric
Technical Specifications ÒÓ 2458-088-97457491-2013
The reagent is used to prevent tool running complications during well construction under challenging geological conditions, as well as for salvage operations (as a component of anti-seize bath fluids). Polyantifric reagent is a composition of distilled products of hydrolysis of vegetable oils and special modifying additives. The reagent consists of products of natural origin, does not contain petroleum derivatives, belongs to Hazard Class 4.

| Parameter | Standard |
| Appearance | Light brown to dark brown liquid |
| Density, kg/m3, NLT | 900 |
| Reduction of the friction coefficient in clay suspension, %, NLT | 60 |
| Reduction of the seizure coefficient in clay suspension, %, NLT | 80 |
Application
To increase efficiency, it is suggested that the reagent is added directly inside the drilling tool during connection making (up to 30 liters per operation).
Treatment
Recommended reagent content in the drilling fluid: up to 10 kg per cubic meter. When used in such quantities, Polyantifric ensures reduction of the friction torque in drilling fluids by 60% and reduction of the seizure torque by 80%. The additive performance depends on many factors (amount of solid and colloidal phase, drilling fluid salinity, pH value, etc.).
Packaging
Polyantifric anti-seize additive is supplied in 30 kg plastic canisters or 190 kg steel drums (as agreed with the customer).Back
