Polydegland

Polydegland anti-mudball additive reduces adhesion of clay particles to metal surfaces of the drill string, reduces mudball formation on the bit and BHA elements, increases mechanical drilling speed. Using Polydegland anti-mudball additive increases lubricating properties of the flush liquid.

Application

The product is used to prevent mudball formation when passing shale sections.

 

Treatment

The reagent is added directly into the drill pipe during connection making, or into a circulation tank. Approximate reagent consumption: 1-5 kg per 1 m3 of the fluid.

Polydegland anti-mudball additive is supplied in 30 kg plastic canisters.
