Polysmoloblock oil-soluble colmatant
Technical Specifications ÒÓ 20.59.59-178-97457491-2020
Polysmoloblock reagent is an oil-soluble material that is used for lost circulation control in sections of productive formations. The reagent facilitates formation of a strong filtration crust and is dissolved by formation hydrocarbon fluid at the stimulation treatment stage, which makes it possible to bring the well on to stable production without taking additional measures to clean the downhole formation area.
Two grades of the reagent are available, which differ in fractional composition.

Application
Using Polysmoloblock oil-soluble colmatant allows to solve a number of technical problems: the material has low density, so there is no increase in the drilling fluid density when the colmatant content is increased. This property of Polysmoloblock reagent is especially important when controlling lost circulation that has already occurred; Polysmoloblock reagent softens at downhole temperatures, increasing the plasticity of the material, so the reagent colmatages microcracks more effectively as compared to standard fillers; The reagent facilitates reduction of the filtration value, in some model solutions the filtration value is reduced by 50%; Using Polysmoloblock reagent significantly improves lubricating properties of the drilling fluid, allows to significantly reduce the content or completely abandon lubricants during construction of horizontal sections; The reagent improves the quality of productive formation exposure, due to dissolution of the colmatant by hydrocarbon fluid the process of bringing the well on to stable production is optimized.
Packaging
Polysmoloblock reagent is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner.Back
