Polyoilcheck VIS viscosity regulator

Polyoilcheck VIS viscosity regulator is used to increase the structural and rheological characteristics of oil-based muds without increasing their density.
The reagent is available in four grades:Polyoilcheck VIS is a multi-purpose thickening additive for oil-based drilling fluids.Polyoilcheck VIS – A, Polyoilcheck VIS – AT is a thickening additive for the Polybur Turbo system.Polyoilcheck VIS – SD is a thickening additive for Polyeconol-Flora drilling eco-fluid.

Application

Using the additive allows to reduce time, material and transportation costs for chemical treatment of fluids. Using the reagent helps reduce the filtration characteristics of oil-based muds.The viscosity regulator retains its efficiency over a wide temperature range.

 

Treatment

Typical concentrations of viscosity regulators range from 1.7 to 17.0 kg/m3 depending on the type of oil phase, desired properties of the final emulsion and other factors.

 

Packaging

The product is supplied in 200 L metal drums.
