Polyoilcheck RHEO

Polyoilcheck RHEO is an effective liquefier and solid phase dispersant in oil-based muds and is used to reduce rheological characteristics in OBM with high solid phase content.

Application

Using Polyoilcheck RHEO reagent ensures the necessary rheological characteristics of drilling fluids under conditions of significant solid phase build-up without changing the oil/water ratio.The viscosity regulator retains its efficiency in a wide temperature range and can be used under challenging geological conditions at temperatures above 100°С. Polyoilcheck RHEO reagent exhibits emulsifying properties, thus its use increases aggregative stability of the emulsion and can lead to a reduction in emulsifier consumption.

 

Treatment

Typical viscosity regulator concentration in the range of 0.5 to 10.0 kg/m3 depends on solid phase content, required degree of liquefaction, temperature and other factors.

 

Packaging

The product is supplied in 200 L metal drums.
