PolyStab emulsifier for direct emulsions

PolyStab emulsifier is designed for creation and stabilization of direct emulsions for drilling oil and gas wells.
The emulsifier is available in two grades, which differ by their pour point value.

Application

PolyStab emulsifier is designed for stabilization of first-order emulsions (“oil-in-water” type), including systems with high salinity of the water phase.Emulsions stabilized by the PolyStab emulsifier maintain their stability when drilling in conditions with bottom-hole temperatures up to 100°C.

 

Treatment

Emulsifier concentration ranges from 5 to 25 kg/m? depending on the required properties of the final emulsion, drilling fluid composition, temperature, and other factors.

 

Packaging

The product is supplied in 200 L metal drums.
