Polybur-Turbo system

Polybur-Turbo non-aqueous based drilling fluid system is used for exposure of productive formations and well construction under challenging geological conditions.
Component 1 of Polybur-Turbo composition (base) is a drilling fluid with specified technical characteristics, used as a flush liquid when drilling wells under ALRP conditions.Component 2 of Polybur-Turbo composition (liquefier) is used to reduce rheological characteristics of the flush liquid (Polybur-Turbo serves as a base). The working concentrations of the component are determined by the viscosity requirements of the flush liquid, solid phase content, oil/water volume ratio, and other factors.

Application

Polybur-Turbosystem components are inert with respect to the drilled rock,including water-soluble salts, colloidal clays, gypsum-anhydrites.Using the Polybur-Turbo system ensures drilling of nominal diameterwell bores in salt and argillite sections, ensures high-qualitycleaning of the wellbore from the drilled rock.

 

Packaging

Polybur-Turbo is supplied in 1000-litre cubic tanks or in rail tank containers as agreed with the customer.
