CPDM-R grade is a composite hydrophobic material used to prevent differential seizures of drilling tools and casing strings. In addition to pronounced anti-seize properties, CPDM-R reagent can be used as a colmatage additive to prevent lost returns.CPDM-R composition characteristics

Application

Colloidal-polymer drilling fluids based on CPDM series reagents are used during well construction to expose carbonate deposits, including under conditions of abnormally low reservoir pressures and by sidetracking horizontal wellbores.

Treatment

The recommended consumption of reagents for preparation of 1 m? of drilling fluid is 55-75 kg. CPDM-R reagent consumption is determined by drilling conditions, the recommended content of the reagent in drilling fluid is up to 10 kg per 1 m? of drilling fluid.

Packaging

The reagents are supplied in polypropylene bags, a small bag containing the specified amount of activator modifier reagent is additionally placed in the bag with CPDM grade.
