Polyoil-Direct System

The Polyoil-Direct drilling fluid is a direct emulsion of a hydrocarbon phase (10–30%) and a polymer-based (70–90%) mineral water solution. Stable emulsion is achieved using direct emulsifiers of the PolyStab series.
The Polyoil-Direct system is inert to all types of drill cuttings and formation water. The use of Polyoil-Direct ensures wellbore stability, provides good lubricity and anti-bit-balling properties, and preserves the permeability of productive zones.Polyeconol-Direct is characterized by high inhibiting capacity (>.

The Polyoil-Direct system is complemented by a tailored suite of reagents, inhibitors, stabilizers, and emulsifiers. The dispersion medium is analogous to the Polyemulsan and Polybur Turbo bases. The addition sequence and mixing times are specified in the drilling fluid program.

Packaging for the components of the Polyoil-Direct system is agreed upon with the customer.
