Bioxan biopolymer is a high-molecular weight basic structure-forming agent with high rheological characteristics. It features thickening ability at low concentrations, aqueous solutions exhibit thixotropic and pseudoplastic properties.

Application

Bioxan biopolymer is used to regulate the structural and mechanical properties of drilling fluids. It significantly increases the cutting-carrying capacity of the flush liquid, provides well cleaning when drilling intentionally deviated and horizontal sections and when exposing productive formations. It prevents drilling sludge from settling in static. The reagent can be used in most types of water-based fluids over a wide range of pH, salinities and temperatures.

 

Treatment

Approximate reagent consumption is 2–15 kg per 1 m? of drilling fluid.

 

Packaging

Bioxan biopolymer is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner.
