PolyAerogel

Technical Specifications ÒÓ 2458-131-97457491-2015

PolyAerogel is designed for killing and drilling gas wells with abnormally low reservoir pressures. The reagent is a two-component material.
Component 1 (gel-forming agent) can be produced as oil pulp (PolyAerogel grade R) or as powder (PolyAerogel grade B). To kill wells under conditions of high downhole temperatures (up to 120 °Ñ), it is proposed to use a heat-resistant modification of PolyAerogel-TS reagent. Gel-forming agent

Application

The components are mixed directly in the delivery line along with nitrogen during well killing operations. When the components are mixed, a polymer cross-linked foam with a density of 450-800 kg/m3 is formed.

Packaging

The material is packaged as agreed with the supplier.
