Polycem Ecosorb reagent

Polycem Ecosorb is a complex of sorbing organic and mineral substances with an active additive. The reagent is designed for processing drilling waste and contaminated soils containing hydrocarbons using a curing technology to produce artificial crushed stone and sand.

Application

Polycem Ecosorb-1 sorbs and retains petroleum derivatives and moisture, allowing cement and lime to harden contaminated materials.Polycem Ecosorb-2 is used to produce soils when mixed with drilling sludge and contaminated soils.Polycem Ecosorb-3 sorbs and retains petroleum derivatives and wastewater and is designed to treat drilling equipment and working sites.

 

Treatment

Consumption of Polycem Ecosorb-1 or Ecosorb-2 reagent depends on the content of petroleum derivatives and amounts to approx. 100-200 kg per 1 ton of contaminated drilling sludge and soil. Polycem Ecosorb-3 consumption is 5-10 kg per 1 m2 of contaminated area.

 

Packaging

Polycem Ecosorb is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner or in 500-700 kg big bags.
