Subric binding additive for consolidation and caking of bulk materials

Subric reagent is a composite binder based on natural polymeric materials. The reagent is available in dry form (as Subric-S) and in liquid form (as Subric-P).

Application

Subric reagent is characterized by high adhesive ability, is used as a binder in the production of briquettes, granules and pellets from coal screenings, sludge, peat, sawdust, as well as for strengthening loose rocks – sands, argilites and drilling sludges. The reagent is well soluble in water.

 

Treatment

Approximate consumption of Subric reagent is 5-20 kg per 1 ton of coal powder, peat, wood flour, or sawdust. Reagent consumption depends on the nature and fractional composition of the briquetted material.

 

Packaging

Subric-S reagent is packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liners. Subric-P is supplied in 200-litre metal drums or in canisters of various volumes.
