Polygel-ASM reagent

Polygel-ASM reagent is used during repair-and-renewal operations related to reinforcement of downhole formation area and prevention of water permeability of the cement stone and lateral rocks. The reagent is available in two grades: Polygel-ASM-KZ and Polygel-ASM-JS.

Application

Due to its properties Polygel-ASM is recommended for the following works: restoration of casing string tightness with low injection capacity; waterproofing of individual formations with low injection capacity; restoration of the cement stone tightness; elimination of annular pressures.

 

Treatment

After mixing, Polygel-ASM-KZ liquid two-component reagent is a low-viscosity thin liquid with high penetration ability. The reagent is designed for injection under pressure into thin joints and hairline cracks of rocks to limit water inflow, strengthen sand formations and restore tightness of cement stone behind the casing string in a wide range of temperatures from +5°C to +120°C. Polygel-ASM-JS is used as a water-insulating composition for remedial cementing of oil or gas wells, waterproofing of foundations during construction of buildings, strengthening of soils.

 

Packaging

Polygel-ASM powdery components are packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liners. Polygel-ASM liquid components are transported in 30 kg plastic canisters.
