Polyfiber reinforcing filler

Polyfiber is used as a filler in all types of fluids to create the primary framework of the backfilling composition to prevent and control lost returns of flush liquids. The Polyfiber reinforcing filler is used as a modifier of cement compositions.
Polyfiber is a modified polymer fiber. Depending on the fiber length, Polyfiber-3, Polyfiber-6, and Polyfiber-12 are available.

Application

Once in the cracks, Polyfiber fibers deposit on the burrs and irregularities of the rock walls, creating a mesh structure to hold finer fillers that form an impermeable barrier. When used in cement compositions, Polyfiber improves vibration resistance, water resistance, frost resistance, impact resistance of the cement stone. As the fibers block concrete capillaries, water permeability and water absorption of the concrete are reduced, compressive and bending strength is increased.

 

Packaging

Polyfiber reinforcing filler is packed into 15 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner.
