Polyblock reagent

Polyblock reagent is a chemically cross-linked polymer material with granule size from 0.1 to 5 mm. Particles of the Polyblock reagent, getting into cracks and pores and contacting water and aqueous solutions, swell and multiply in size, reliably isolating the lost return area.
Polyblock-K is a loose fractionated material obtained by grain extrusion and heat treatment. The colmatant contains an acid-soluble reinforcing filler.

Application

Polyblock reagent is designed to control lost circulation of flush liquids and water shows during construction of oil and gas wells at oilfields and underground gas storage facilities.The reagent is transported to the lost return areas in anhydrous hydrocarbon liquids.

 

Packaging

Polyblock reagent is packed into 25–30 kg polypropylene bags with polyethylene liners.
